What we collect and why
Enquiry form data. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, business name, business type, email address, phone number and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and arrange the call you requested. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Marketing consent. If you tick the marketing consent box on our form, we may send you occasional relevant updates by email. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting us. We will never sell your data or add you to marketing lists without that consent.
Direct contact. If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we process the details you provide in order to reply and manage our relationship with you.
How your form data is processed
Our website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify on our behalf before being sent to our email. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. These providers act as data processors and hold data in accordance with their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which it is deleted. Marketing consent data is kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@marketing4motors.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Third-party links
Our site links to external websites, including event organisers and social platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
